Common questions
Where do I find the serial number?
On the label under or behind the product. It looks like MT-1234.
Do I need my receipt?
Registration only needs the purchase date. Keep the receipt in case we ask for it during a claim.
What isn't covered?
Normal wear, misuse and damage from unauthorised repairs. Accidental damage is covered only on Total Care.
